About us
I am attempting to swim around the coast of Ireland with two great friends of mine Darragh Caroll and Glen Murray. On a trip around Ireland, I was introduced to cooking by Darragh and Glen as they both cooked at high levels. I found a passion for baking and cooking as a way of fueling me for my training for my swim. I always had a negative relationship with food but ever since I started baking and cooking I now have a respect and appreciation for ingredients and knowing that mother nature is the best cook. Fresh ingredients and good intent are key and that is what we try to deliver here at Trident bakery.
Our Products
After travelling through Ireland and cooking with fresh quality ingredients it was only right that all our products are made with the finest ingredients. I personally enjoy these products and want to share them with as many people as possible. For example the brown bread that I make is a staple of my diet and keeps me going for the various training sessions that I engage in on a day to day basis. The DKA's are next level with a coffee and I do try to limit these but they are just serious!
